Getting Started

Get up and running with Sapoto in under five minutes. Request access, install the app, add a provider, and start downloading your documents.

Request Early Access

Sapoto is currently in early access. Visit sapoto.xyz and submit your email to request early access. We'll send you a link to download the app.

Download & Install

Download Sapoto for your platform from the download page.

macOS

Available for Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) and Intel. Open the .dmg and drag to Applications.

Windows

Run the installer (.exe) and follow the setup wizard. Takes under a minute.

Add Your First Provider

Once installed, open Sapoto and add a provider:

Click "Add Provider" in the main screen

Enter the provider's login URL (e.g. chase.com)

Enter your username and password

Credentials are encrypted and stored in your OS keychain

Run Your First Sync

Hit the sync button to start downloading your documents. The AI Sapoto will:

  • Log into your provider
  • Navigate to the documents section
  • Download your statements, invoices, and bills
  • Save everything to your output folder

The first sync may take a few minutes depending on how many documents are available. Subsequent syncs are faster since only new documents are downloaded.
